Families and groups will enjoy kicking back at this casual lake house, where two different lounge spaces mean you'll never run out of places to relax. All the essential amenities are here, including a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and free WiFi. No one will have to struggle with stairs, as everything is on the ground floor. Enjoy cooking up full meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, then enjoy winding down out on the furnished patio. Unwind after dinner with a movie from the extensive DVD collection. When it's all said and done, there are two bedrooms and two sleeper sofas for a comfortable night's rest. This is truly lakefront life.

Things to know

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: An 80-foot dock is available to guests, as well as two boathouses with lifts. One can accommodate a pontoon boat, while the other can accommodate a small boat or jet skis. Guests may swim at their own risk.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
