Staff was very pleasant. Room was OK. Beds were uncomfortable. Hotel needs some love. Very worn out. Breakfast was below par. Coffee was as well. Ask for a renovated room.

Room clean and comfortable. Nice shower but small. Hallway rug torn in spots. Breakfast doesn't offer a lot. Waffles (only 1 maker so there's a line), an entree like sausage gravy, or eggs and sausage, yogurt, fruit. oatmeal and cold cereal. Pool was cold, ceiling has plaster falling down. Doors are secured with room key but NO Elevator to 2nd floor. Staff friendly. Easy check in.

We stayed for three nights and were VERY disappointed in the experience based on the price we paid ($600). The pool heater was broken for the whole stay and the pool was frigid. The pool was the primary reason I booked this hotel and would have booked a less expensive option if we had been notified before check-in that the pool was not usable. The front desk person told us "I'm just a part time employee, do you want me to check you out since the pool is not working?" when I asked if the pool would be repaired at all for the weekend. Additionally, there was no housekeeping available for our three night stay, acknowledged only by a note slipped under our door that they did not have housekeeping available. Breakfast was mediocre and the sheets on the bed had stains. Location was great.
