Disliked: Communication
They cancelled our reservation 20 days before our stay. It was for a holiday weekend so finding a new place was practically impossible. I received an email that they cancelled and refunded my money. They did not offer any sort of replacement that was equivalent to what we booked and it was very hard to get a hold of anyone for any explanation.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2026
