Location was excellent and condo was comfortable, although the bed was fairly hard for my liking. I would have rated the condo excellent had it been clean(er). The carpets need cleaned as they have a few stains and are very dingy. The master bathroom was the issue for me. All the vanity drawers and under sink storage were DISGUSTING (looks like someone shaved in them and spilled liquids)! At first I thought (hoped) the shower floor was just stained; nope. Got a Mr Clean eraser and did a swipe and the months of dirt wiped off. That was nasty so we cleaned the shower floor ourselves. Shower doors and trim were hard water stained, caulking moldy and water damage on trim outside of shower. I could go on about the cleanliness but you get the idea. The mgmt company offered to send someone but let’s be real, things should have been right before check in. I didn’t rent the place to have to leave to have it cleaned and repaired. Long story short, location is great but the place needs a deep clean and some maintenance due to neglect and lazy housekeeping and lack of management.
