The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return the key to the lockbox. Not leaving the key will result in a $15 fee. Throw used towels into the laundry bin, and place any trash/rubbish in the rubbish bin near the lockbox.
Extended hours to leave or early check-in, if available, can be charged $10/hr, no more than two hrs. For those arriving early, you can leave your luggage at the host’s house next door at 4 Ada Place.
After you check out, please send a message to notify the host right away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
