Stayed one week, April 5-12, 2025

Booked one week, April 5-12, 2025. We had 3 families (total of 9) and we had more than adequate room for all us. The little ones, 5 years and under LOVED the pool and all the amenities, especially the shallow end. The pool and large entertainment/outdoor kitchen area was used every night and a huge hit! Don't hesitate to book this home, it is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need seriously!! Also loved being able to use the garage, as temps reached 100*. 4 stars for cleanliness because some minor update is needed to all the bathrooms, such as the tub/shower spigots and slow (clogged) drains. All and all a GREAT experience Thank you Todd, we hope to return in the near future!!

Christmas in Havasu

This place was over and beyond my expectations. You truly need not bring anything but your suitcase and food/drinks AND there is no reason to leave. We wnjoywd everything from the Heated Pool to the Sauna, Amazing time for the whole family. Even the little people didn’t get bored.Kitchen was stocked with every cooking supply and spices needed. Kuerig was a plus. Can’t say enough. We will definitely stay here next time the whole family comes to town. Thank you Todd

This place has it all

This property really has it all. You could stay here and never have to leave. We came in with our whole family for Thanksgiving. There was a wide range of ages in our group from 7 to 70, all ages enjoyed themselves. Both the interior and exterior spaces are large and spread out. There is lots to do from the fully stocked board games to the putting green and fire pit outside. Although we didn’t use the sauna in the master bath, it was enticing. I’ve listed some pros and cons of things that are important to me when I’m staying in a home. Pros - Lots of indoor and outdoor space Kitchen is nicely stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you could need. Pool (heated) and hot tub Great outdoor entertaining space Dog Friendly Indoor space is spread out, perfect for mixed families, large groups. Lots of parking/garage space Cons - Interior dated A couple bedrooms don’t have tv’s Bedding/linens were very basic/cheap.

Most amazing trip with an amazing house

What an amazing house, the pictures online do not do it justice. It is nice and clean and has all the amenities you and your family need for a stay. Todd was such an amazing host, he made sure we checked in he made sure we had fun and knew how to do everything like the pool and hot tub and then let us know what we need for check out. Pool was amazing nice and clean clear water Hot tub was phenomenal We even cooked up some steaks on the bbq and used the big table out side. There is literally nothing to say or complain about this property and Todd the host. My only regret is having to check out. Todd this place is amazing and we will be back. Big Thak you from my family to yours.

Havasu Get Away

The house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to take advantage of the out door grill. Furnishings were great and the outdoor space was perfect. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and fantastic weather. Located in nice neighborhood and close to activities. Our host was very helpful when I had questions. I would stay again!

Beautiful Home

Todd, thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. The home was very clean and was well stocked with spices, towels, dishes, even little complimentary shampoos, lotions and bath gels. The backyard was great, we so enjoyed spending time by the pool, in the hot tub and the fire pit area. It was great to also find bag toss and outdoor Jenga. Would definetly stay here again!

This is our second stay at Havasu Oasis. We love this home. Perfect for me and my siblings to stay while visiting our sister. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Todd is a great host as well. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome rental!

House was great. Very clean and organized. The furniture and appliances were not the cheap kind that you find in many rental properties. Everything was high quality. Kitchen is well equipped and the house has good wifi. Backyard had an awesome layout with tons of things to do. Todd had great communication and really wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Todd!

Great experience

The house was amazing! Great location close to the lake, super clean house and Todd was a great host and answered any questions we had, We had a great time enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi and grilling ! I would definitely recommend it! Also if you own a Tesla and need a place to charge this is a great house to rent! We arrived to havasu with 20% battery and only 1 charging location near by that's overly crowded at a hotel but Todd made our weekend by allowing us to use his home charger, We are truly grateful!

Truly an Oasis!

We loved staying at Todd's Lake Havasu City Oasis! We have stayed at a few different properties in Lake Havasu City, and I think this is our new favorite! We loved the pool/spa and the layout of the backyard! It was a perfect place to relax! The house has a great layout too, and everything was clean and organized. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well stocked with anything we might need. We couldn't have been more comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent backyard

The backyard made this stay perfect. The heated pool and hot tub entertained all ages all day long while others enjoyed reading or relaxing in the various spaces. Grilling out for dinner and then bonfire at night was a perfect relaxing spring break.

Wonderful property with an amazing backyard

Our family had a blast staying here. The inside was very nice and had plenty of room for the 9 of us who slept here. It was also in a nice and convenient location. We absolutely loved the backyard, with a heated pool, hot tub, putting green, firepit, and more. Todd was a great host and there were no issues. Definitely recommend!!!

Amazing Place!

I would 100% recommend Todd and his house. He very responsive anytime I would text he would call me right away no matter what time of the day. House was super clean had everything you could imagine. Thank you will definitely stay here again.
