Our inviting 2 +2 has a comfy living space/flat screen tv, reclining sofa and opens to the kitchen and breakfast bar. The backyard backs to wide open desert with easy access for off-road enthusiasts and offers a a quiet place to sit fireside and enjoy the view. Plenty of street parking, 2 car garage and a large yard for RV and/or boat parking. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to off roading, launch ramp, shopping, groceries, gas, restaurants and more.

Good Location Nice Property | beware listing is inaccurate

I hate to write a bad review so I will start with the positives, the home was in a great location and comfortable and clean, minus one scorpion. The issues we had were we did not get a confirmation of the booking, I had to call and text and call VRBO to finally get a hold of someone, then they had to check if it was already rented to another person on a different site before they would confirm. That was nerve racking the day before our trip. The front door code we were given did not work upon check in. When we entered the home it was to our displeasure that the listing said bedroom 2 had a queen and a twin when in fact there was just one double bed. Not good for our 3 teenage boys, we had to have one of the boys sleep on the couch the first night. They were accomodationg enough to bring a twin bed the next day, but it was not nice to have the owner tell me "I would be more comfortable in a 3 bedroom home at a higher price point", when in fact all my boys stay together and would prefer a room set up the way the listing depicts. Happy that we were refunded for the one night of inconvenience though.
