Convenient location

This property is comfortable for a multi night stay and has convenient accessibility to the local area. Quite possibly one of the worst places I’ve ever been. There’s only one elevator for the whole building and it is slower than slow. Only half the lights for the parking lot were on or working. The whole building smells like weed. And that’s not even what made my stay bad. When I was about to get in the bed, it was clear that the sheets had not been changed - there was hair all over the sheets. If they didn’t change the sheets what else in the room wasn’t cleaned?? When I went to the front desk to complain, they said oh well. They did offer to give me sheets to change them myself. Absolute terrible customer service. A motel would have been better. STAY AWAY.

Still a fine value for money hotel, with all features being average plus at worst. One negative (other than forgetting soaps in the room) is that there were no grab bars by the toilet in the room, which proved to be a difficult experience for us.

We were too late and that we only had one room available even though we booked for two rooms I told the agent that we will not be staying there to cancel our reservation. Went to different hotel room, this morning when I woke up this hotel charged me with no explanation as to why or what for and yet to call me or contact me with the refund. Never again.
