I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their exceptional service was truly the highlight of my stay. The amenities are fantastic! The pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing dip, while the hot tub was an absolute treat after a long day of exploring. In summary,this hotel exceeded all my expectations with its outstanding staff, luxurious pool and hot tub, and top-notch spa services. I can't wait to return!

Made our stay very comfortable. Room was okay, service was bland but polite, was overall great value for money. Pool area needs a little refreshment, but enjoyed using them.

Disappointing breakfast choice. At checkin i was told i could book breakfast at £12 or the following morning it would be £18. Both over priced for continental so did not bother. When ordering food and drink at bar they added servic charge without telling me and i paid for it at time of order. At checkout the following morning i asked for this to be removed and they coukd not do this as it had not been charged to my room

Terrible value

Without doubt the worst value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. £179…. In mid January. Breakfast not included. Basic dated room, no fridge, no plug sockets next to bed, weak wifi. Bedroom under main set of stairs, so constant noise. I was staying here mid way on a 10 hour drive, so purposely looked for hotels with a bath tub. Bath tub was there…. No sign of a plug, and night staff had no idea what a bath plug was. One member came to room played with taps (got soaked) then 10 minutes later came back with a plug. Wrong type, no use at all. Just a bog standard rubber bath plug was all I needed !!!!! Will be staying else where on return journey and on future drives this way.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Always my choice of hotel for weekly work travel. I just wouldn't bother paying extra for the superior rooms as it only adds more room space, a fridge and a coffee machine (pods werent topped up by room service for my second night though)

Great Stay

Beautiful hotel, reception welcome was faultless, professional and friendly lady. Room was clean, spacious, bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've had. Lovely layout of hotel, water dispenser service was fantastic. Spa and pool area was brilliant, friendly welcome. Restaurant was lovely. Service was great, food was really good. Loved the shuffleboard. Would love to stay again.
