Licence #10000661. Pixie Bay Cottage is located on a quiet road only steps to beach access on Okanagan Lake. Our semi-lakeshore 70's home in Lake Country is conveniently located between Kelowna and Vernon, 15 minutes by car to UBCO Kelowna or Vernon campuses. You would be staying in a private 2 bedroom unit on the ground level of our home. We are only minutes away from other lakes, beaches, parks, wineries, vineyards, golfing , boat launches, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, pickle ball, watercraft rentals and only 10 minutes to the YLW airport. We offer amazing views, an outdoor seating area with bbq and a place to enjoy a peaceful getaway by the lakefront. Enjoy the rich culture and diverse landscapes in this all-season playground. Perfect for endless activity and exploring or for a quiet getaway from a busy life. It's your time, so enjoy it your way.

The Cottage Unit
We have newly renovated the ground level of our 70's house in a Modern Beach style. We are excited to welcome guests to share the serenity and views from our year-round cottage home.

You will have exclusive access to the unit by way of the front entrance. The Lakeside Room has a queen bed, beautiful picture window view of the lake, mountains and blue skies. The Driftwood Room has a queen bed and a quiet relaxed by-the-lake feel and a small desk providing a workspace. Both beds are extremely comfortable with luxurious cotton bedding and with memory foam mattresses infused with green tea extract providing a calm sensation for a rejuvenating sleep.

The main living area has a love seat, dining table and chairs and a kitchen that is outfitted with all your basic appliances and amenities. Enjoy your meals indoors or have a bbq and eat outside where you can enjoy a beautiful Okanagan sunset and lake views along with a glass of your favourite Okanagan wine. We provide recycling and composting containers for your use to do your part for the environment.

There is one TV in the unit with AppleTV. We include a Telus PikTV channel pkg. We provide an HDMI Cable for streaming from your laptop. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of videos to watch.

The 3 piece bath has a large shower area. Organic cotton towels and hairdryer is provided. We are trying our best to be eco-friendly and ask that our guests help by minimizing the use of water and by reusing towels during their stay. You will be provided with a few sets of towels for the duration of your stay. Access to the washer/dryer is available only upon request or for stays longer than 7 days.

Our home is quiet and peaceful but not without some transfer of daytime activity from upstairs. We installed sound barriers, but it is still a house, so some noises may transfer. We do our best to make sure your quiet enjoyment is not disrupted.
