The front desk young men were kind but lacked knowledge of surrounding areas when asked where we could go for a late night bite to eat after checking in. They didn’t know how to turn off the bed headboard light. They went in the room to try and turn it off and had to call someone for help. We needed more toilet paper because we only had one less than half toilet paper roll that appeared to be wrinkled and stuck together. When we asked for another roll of TP, the front desk couldn’t find any and gave us another halfway used roll that was all wrinkled and appeared wet at one time. The room had a peculiar smell

Room was clean, front desk staff was helpful. Location is good for access to the riverfront and casino area. However I was disappointed by the breakfast offering and found it odd that they offered cereal but they claimed to have run out of milk. I would not count on the promised free breakfast.

Tv on the wall did not work. Staff did bring an older tv in the room and setup on a nightstand but the picture quality was bad. The room was dated and had a musty smell coming out of air conditioner. No ice machine available in hotel.
