Advertises pool in operation, it is not. Came into the room and the towels were stained and old. Took to the front counter and politely asked for new towels, staff accommodated but still towels were old. Room was recently renovated and was only used to sleep, bed was not comfortable and ac did not work that well.

The room was very uncomfortable,the TV didn't well even after they switched them out,there were only two bath towels that were dingy and hard on the skin,we ended up buying towels to use,the shower curtain had mildew stains ,we had to request toilet paper,we slept on top of the covers because the sheets were very dingy,luckily we brought extra blankets ,we couldn't hang our clothes because the microwave and fridge was in that area.....the whole stay was very disappointing😒

The pool was dirty and gross the room wasnt the cleanest Ac unit had horrific smell when turned on dont waste your money or health on this place its not worth it

The front desk gal was rude and acted inconvenienced to check us in. The “nonsmoking” room smelled like an ashtray. The headboard of the bed fell off the wall, where it was hung incorrectly. It was hung without using any anchors into the Sheetrock. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Tried to plug in the iron and the plug didn’t work. There is no complementary shuttle to the casino. The taxi driver was very courteous but charged $50 to and from @3 miles each way. Pictures online look a lot better than the actual room. The swimming pool was dark green/black disgusting and unusable. No comp breakfast. The only good thing is that it did appear to be clean. If we hadn’t driven in from Houston we would not have stayed.

When I walked into the room it smelled like marijuana, even though it was a non smoking room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillowcases were very dingy looking. I did not feel like I was sleeping on clean sheets. The remote control to the tv did not work like it should have. Overall I did not feel like the room was very clean. We will not stay there again.

I like the locality of the hotel. Check in and out is easy. I did not like that the toilet seat was broken, the bed cover was soiled, there was a large spider web in the corner over one bed (had baby spider sacks) and no remote for the TV.
