The home was very clean and provided everything needed for a weekend stay. The outside area was perfect for playing in the snow and provided beautiful scenery of the woods. The home was modern and had plenty of rooms to accommodate a family of 6. Location is close to the village area and the lake but still secluded enough that you felt like you were on your own private getaway. Would book again in the future.

This was my second visit. We all had a wonderful time. Amenities are conveniently within a 5-minute drive. Large rooms and a relaxing outdoor space for family time. This tranquil Lake Arrowhead location offers the perfect city escape for relaxation.This is the perfect place for families to relax and spend quality time together; I highly recommend it.

Five friends stayed very comfortably, everything was lovely. Best assets: no-step entry into living room / dining room / kitchen, beautiful environment throughout with lots of windows, a comfortable living space with TV on both floors, well equipped kitchen, better quality furniture than most rentals, nice quiet location, comfortable beds & nice bathrooms. Our host was gracious about answering questions & we don't have any negative things to say - a great stay!

The overall experience was good and the communication with the management company and owner/property manager were good. I would not expect great views of the lake from this location, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway to recharge this is a great option. Laundry is not available for this property so plan accordingly.

My Time and Peace

This house is a gem in lake arrowhead. The place is great, close to the lake and shopping. If you are planning to relax and get close to nature this is where you want to be. My family loved it, the house was very clean and is equipped with all amenities. I love cooking for my family gave my wife time away from the kitchen. I'll be back.

Well it just so happened we encountered a rare blizzard not seen since 1989 in the area which made our stay a bit challenging. The house itself was great, and offered everything we needed. Unfortunately due to the weather conditions we were forced to cut our trip short as our car continually got stuck in the snow and we'd have to dig ourselves out. I would rent this place again.

Perfect upgraded Arrowhead cabin

Such a great little cabin in Arrowhead! 2 minutes from The Village and lake. The cabin was VERY clean and well appointed. Newly remodeled with nice upgraded touches. It was the perfect blend of rustic and modern. Communication with the manager/owner was quick and easy and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended- we would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful. It was really beautiful and quiet. Of all the rental homes I've visited, this was probably the cleanest and the nicest. The decor was modernized and the couches and beds were not worn in. There were fun games for the kids to play with. It was warm and cozy.

We had an Excellent 2 day stay at this property. The property is very comfortable will all amenities. It truly is home away from home in every sense. We went out for morning and evening walks. The neighborhood is safe, quite, and pleasant for walks. The whole area has a refreshing vibe. It is 10 minutes away from Lake Arrowhead Village and equally closer to grocery stores and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. The house is sounded by trees. The chirping of birds and scrambling of squirrels was very relaxing. We super loved this place. We highly recommend this place to all to consider. Ian was very responsive via email and text providing information and responding to our questions. There is nothing negative about this place that we can think off. The only suggestions we possible have are (1) provide for facial tissues and (2) some of the windows have locks (for example the window next to the dining table overseeing the deck) that don't work properly or are missing. Thanks Ian for a very comfortable stay at your house.

Beautiful Rooftop Terrace

We rented this beautiful home for NYE and the storm that preceded our arrival was epic and the drive up the mountain was treacherous. We were told we could check in early which was a blessing as we wanted to time our drive around weather. When we opened the door after a stressful car ride, it took my breath away! The home is tastefully decorated and the view is gorgeous. The property is pristine yet cozy. I highly recommend!

Amazing treetop getaway

Everything about our experience was outstanding. From our first communication with Ian to our check out process. The cabin is not only beautiful, with updated designer decor, but also has the functionality to host a family with children. From the moment you enter the home you get a sense of calm and comfort. It has a great floor plan for a family with children because they can have the downstairs to play and watch movies. The rooms and bathrooms are all beautiful decorated and clean. We look forward to our next trip back to this wonderful cabin!!

Perfect Getaway

My family and I stayed at Tree Top Terrace over Thanksgiving on a last minute getaway trip from Colorado. However, I felt like I was "home" from the moment we arrived. Everything about this home feels like it was thoughtfully designed and loved by the owners. The house is perfectly appointed for all of your comforts and needs, from the plush linens and towels, extra pillows and blankets, fully stocked kitchen, toys and games for the whole family to enjoy. This house has the perfect set up for a family, lots of room for everyone to have their own space which makes it so relaxing. I loved sitting outside on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and loved having a glass of wine outside by the firepit at night. It is very peaceful and gorgeous setting, we loved the location and how close we were to so many attractions. The host Ian was incredibly helpful and attentive to ensure that everything was perfect. We cannot wait to return to Tree Top Terrace for more amazing memories, this really is the perfect getaway.
