Für unsere Zwecke perfekte Lage zur Erkundung des Mittelrheintals von Bingen bis Bonn.Sehr ruhig gelegen an der Lahnmündung in den Rhein. In der Nähe vorbeifahrende Züge sind nur im Außenbereich gelegentlich zu hören.Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.Idyllischer Blick auf das Schloss Stolzenfels.Kleine, aber lauschige Gartenterrasse mit gelegentlichem Dackel- und Eichhörnchenbesuch.Keine hochwertige, jedoch funktionale Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten. Alle notwendigen Läden und diverse Lokale mit Biergarten in Laufnähe.Empfehlenswert ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 10 extra pro Tag, da Parkräume auf der Straße rar und meist belegt sind.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verläuft reibungslos und effektiv. Fazit: Hoher Zufriedenheitsgrad, gute Wahl!
