"The design of this hotel was absolutely unique to other luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. Using water features instead of landscaping made the whole stay feel more unique, and the first floor suite was gorgeous. All the employees were friendly and super attentive and helpful, and the personal concierge service was excellent and quickly responsive. Only small suggestion would be to have more pool chairs available, but it’s really a gorgeous property and a great stay."

"We have returned to Posada Real because of the great location fantastic staff and reuniting with travellers that return at the same time as we do! One area of concern is the tracks on the sliding doors in the bathrooms. Please have staff use a steam sprayer to eliminate the stuff that collects there. "

"The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants. The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good. We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants although the food could be served hotter, a few times we requested to have are food warmed. "

"Thank you for hosting us recently for a week of true relaxation. We want to congratulate your vision for creating a beautiful space that is elegant and peaceful. You manage very well and beautifully the various group hosting (weddings, corporate events, private events) while maintaining an overall feeling of calm for your other guests. The staff is sensational; to name a few: Adrianna at Ballenas restaurant is the most welcoming and kind with her smile and special attentions; Alejandro and Xiomara servers at Ballenas as well, our housekeeper on the 5th floor was very sunny and gracious, Sergio at the lunch restaurant was also very kind and all the staff from entertainment and pool. Please pass on the congratulations to your hard working staff who are never short of providing excellent hospitality. Thank you. We hope to return! "
