Lovely stay

Beautiful property. Modern, safe , well-kept, and well-appointed. Majestic views of upper Newport bay from my room (with small veranda so I could actually be outside, which I adored.) Staff members were polite, efficient and friendly. Parking is very expensive ($42/night) and bottled drinking water is significantly overpriced. Water bottles in the room will set you back $9 each, while vending machine water is $4 per bottle (cash only vending machines).

The property was beautiful in an upscale area, and so convenient to the nearby Orange County Airport. We loved the layout of our room, with separate living and sleeping rooms and a vwry private bathroom setup.

This worked for us because it was last minute and the location we needed but it is a no frills hotel. There are still hints at what it may have used to be, but no longer. It felt safe though and staff was nice
