This two-bedroom apartment located just on the border of the city centre of Lagos is the perfect place for a city trip to the Algarve. It provides access to the shared pools of the building and all the vibrant city life, restaurants and supermarket around the corner!
The whole apartment is on the same floor and offers a fully equipped kitchen, balcony and a big living room with sit area with the option of a sleeping sofa. The 2 bedrooms offer a double bed and 2 singles. One bathroom with a bath and toilet and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is an elevator in the building.

## Neighborhood
Our holiday home is located close to the town centre and Marina but away from the city noise in a quiet residential area. You will therefore be able to find the quiet and peacefulness next to the bustling city life. All within walking distance are three large supermarkets, the beach and the bus station at only 5 minutes away.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport; car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Awesome stay at an awesome apartment
The apartment is very spacious and well decorated. A nice large television and a big ol’ comfy couch was perfect for us. We experienced absolutely no trouble here. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom are nice an updated. Communication with the manager was very easy and comfortable. What more could we ask for?

The property was ok, but a bit spartan. The one couch needs replacing. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The location was fine since we could walk to a grocery store, a bakery and downtown. The kitchen had the bare basics. We traveled all over Portugal and stayed in nice places. I would look for another apartment in Lagos.
