I visited Nigeria and stayed here for a week. Believe the negative reviews, I overlooked them when booking and regretted it. The only redeeming part of the stay was the two ladies at the front desk they were professional and made an otherwise disappointing experience bearable. Food was terrible, it smells awful in the hallway, toilet seat wasn’t the same size as the toilet, it’s noisy from 5am so quality sleep is not an option. Asked for a spoon and the lady at the lounge looked at me like a thief and had to get approval from a manager to give me one. Room was booked for two adults but had only one towel. When I requested another, I was met with attitude and unnecessary questioning. I also observed a noticeable difference in how certain guests were treated compared to others particularly those who sound local which added to the discomfort of the stay. Never again!

Communication between agencies and presken Hotel should be revisit. I text them a week before getting there no response, when i get there, the receptionist said no room for me. Overall, the hotel is okay but there is alot of noises (chatting)on my toilet window

Pricing and room description is not the same as the hotel. I paid for the suite and was given a small room. Staff is very unprofessional and has no customer service whatsoever. They gave away the room I rented before my flight even landed. Made me stand around for over an hour to even come to some type of decision. Room that was provided was a single room. If they change the rates at the hotel before you get there they provide a smaller room than what you book and pay for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. The hotel manager lies and tries to swindle more money out of you for a smaller room than described online. Staff is extremely arrogant and disrespectful

I checked out 3 days early because of how terrible my stay was…leaky bathroom, broken balcony lock, staff bothering you at inconvenient hours…+ I did not get a refund.

The room was dirty with a design on the toilet seat which looked like feces splatter. We had to ask for daily cleaning of the room. There was noise of construction starting at 6:30a.m in the mornings. (The staff were friendly thats the only good part of our staying)

The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were amazing. The food was great. My only complaint is the musty smell as if the room had not been used in a while. The AC kept us comfortable. The food and room service was great! I will definitely stay here again.

建物自体は古そうでしたが、各部屋はリノベーションして清潔感がありました。エアコンもよく効いていました。 朝食は部屋に運んでくれて便利でした。食べたい時間の1時間から30分前にはお願いしたほうがいいです。 ホテルはの部屋は静かで安全で、落ち着いて眠ることができました。 長期の滞在におすすめです。
