A disaster! Stay away.

I booked one night from london. family had to get a TB test so to be able to travel to London. knowing how difficult nigeria is I called at the property, to make sure all was fine. they told me it was. family left cotonou, got to venue and...there was no booking. no wifi (advertised it was). when given a room there were no towels, no amenities. being a gold member I got very upset and called HC. another nightmare, no direct line, just a useless virtual assistant. finally I managed to get through and now expecting a full refund. moved my family to the sheraton, where I fear not much will change.
