Accommodation for up to 6 guests is provided across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, cloakroom, and an open-plan living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, fireplace, and bar. French doors open onto a covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an indoor barbecue/wood-fired grill, with direct access to the summer kitchen. The master bedroom features air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a sunken corner bath, and a private terrace.



Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and French doors opening onto a shared sun terrace. The second bedroom also has air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and French doors leading to the shared sun terrace. From this level, you can access the roof terrace for additional outdoor enjoyment.



On the ground floor, there is a lounge and games room with a television and pool table, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.



Outdoor facilities include an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and sink, a covered terrace, both covered and open terraces, a shower, and private parking with a carport. The private swimming pool measures 9 x 5 metres with wide Roman steps, and there is a discovery island with a kidney-shaped children's pool (2 x 1 metres).

Groups of young people are not permitted. Single-sex groups are only permitted on request.

The rental includes towels and bed linen, pool towels, use of gas, water and electricity, final cleaning, beds made on arrival, internet access, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and one high chair and one cot (available on request).
