The two-storey terrace house is located above Ferragudo at the dead end that leads to the lighthouse (Farol) on the cliff. It is located in the holiday complex Aldeamento Vila Gaivota in a great location with a beautiful landscaped garden in harmony with nature. The ideal place for recreation, alone, with family, for 2 couples (two bedrooms each with private bath) or retired with plenty of time (long term rentals available). In the immediate vicinity are several wonderful enclosed by rocky beaches, which can be reached from the house on foot in a few minutes on the cliff paths. The comfortable facilities to 100m² offers 4/5 people best quality of living with a comfortable sofa corner with fireplace and satellite TV , W-lan in the living room and a new fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. Wir haben einen schönen, ruhigen Nachsaison-Urlaub in Ferragudo verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass der manchmal notwendige Kauf von fehlenden Haushalts- oder Küchenartikeln wegfiel. Die Ferienanlage liegt unweit des Leuchtturms, einer der kleineren Strände Ferragudos ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, der große besser mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Portimao mit seiner langen und breiten Praia da Rocha und schöner Promenade am Hafen liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Kurzum. alles paßte.

Tolle Terrasse mit wunderbarem Meerblick

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für zwei Wochen gebucht, es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Drei Strände sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, die auch sehr schön sind. Aber auch Ausflüge an die wunderschöne Westküste oder an die Ostalgarve sind mit dem Auto in einer Stunde möglich. Die Lage ist super. Vor allem haben wir morgens und abends die Dachterrasse genossen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool in der Ferienhausanlage ist momentan stillgelegt, aber einerseits ist das Meer ja nicht weit weg und andererseits ist es somit sicherlich deutlich ruhiger in der gepflegten Anlage. Insgesamt ist die Villa Gaivota ein Ferienhaus, das ich nur empfehlen kann!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fühlt sich wie ein,Zuhause‘ an und nicht nur wie eine Ferienwohnung. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und sogar weitaus mehr, als wir es von anderen Ferienhäusern gewohnt sind.Der Blick von den oberen Terrassen auf das Meer ist toll. Je nach Wetterverhältnissen findet man immer die richtige Terrasse zum Essen oder Verweilen.

Super Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Klimaanlage war bei dem heißen Wetter Gold wert. Der Blick von der Dachterasse auf Meer war wunderbar. Ferragudo ist ein hübscher Ort mit netten Restaurants. Die strände in der Bucht sind auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet, da es flach rein geht und keine hohen Wellen sind. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 7 wunderbare Tage im Ferienhäuschen von Familie Saul verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Strandnähe entspricht der Beschreibung und die 3 Strände sind sehr schön. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

A beautiful home from home

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Gaviota. The owner has decorated the place to a high standard and the facilities were very good. Even though the communal pool was out of service, we spent many happy hours at the local beaches and at Praia Grande, which was a short drive away. Nearby Ferragudo is a picturesque Portuguese fishing village with a wide choice of lovely restaurants. Overall, we spent a very peaceful and enjoyable two weeks here and everything from the collection of the keys to the day we left went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

ein wunderbarer urlaub in toller umgebung in einem sehr schlnen domizil

meine frau und ich waren anfang bis mitte juni zu gast. ein tolles, vollständig ausgestattetes haus, das bis ins kleinste detail sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. eine wirklich vollständig ausgestattete küche. wir haben uns vom ersten moment an daheim gefühlt. die zimmer sind, wie das gesamte haus sehr sauber und bieten in summe sehr gut platz für vier personen. die terrassen liegen jeweils in der morgensonne für das frühstück und der abendsonne für das abendessen. der in der anlage integrierte pool ist gut ausreichend um seine bahnen zu ziehen und im angeschlossenen restaurant kann man sehr gemütlich sitzen und etwas trinken sowie essen. die strände sind bequem zu fuss über die klippen der algarve, aber auch per auto zu erreichen. die nächste stadt, ferragudo, erreicht man per auto in 5-10 minuten. den nächsten großen supermarkt (lidl) in 15. alles in allem ist die vila gaivota sehr empfehlenswert. die gesamte organisation von buchung, ankunft und schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur abreise war extrem einfach, freundlich und problemlos.

Fantastic accommodations, clean, efficient and comfortable. Our contact when we arrived was helpful and kind, and a lovely gesture of a bottle of wine to welcome us. Everything was as promised, except for no hair dryer and the TV in the bedroom did not work. Small issues really, and did not affect our stay. Loved the location, quiet but close to town and restaurants and beautiful scenery walking along the cliff sides. Dined at the Lux right beside us, highly recommend it as well as Al Mohle.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die gesamte Algarve

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen und perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage in der Nähe von den zwei schönsten Orten an der Algarve ist ideal für Strandurlaub und auch Ausflüge an die gesamte Küste. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit einem herrlichen, großen Pool zur Allgemeinnutzung. Zur nahen Badebucht kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen, oder setzt sich für wenige Minuten Fahrt ins Auto (hat dann allerdings oft Parkplatzprobleme). Der Ort Ferragudo ist besonders charmant, da noch nicht so touristisch und es noch viele kleine urige und auch preiswerte Lokale gibt. Landschaftlich liegt das Haus an dem wohl schönsten Küstenabschnitt der Algarve!

Très jolie location de vacances, avec tout le confort nécessaire, on s'y sent bien ! La résidence est calme, fleurie et bien entretenue, les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques depuis la terrasse ou le phare proche de la maison. La piscine est très appréciable et il y a des transats autour. Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à pied en 10 minutes. Ferragudo est un point de chute idéal pour visiter l'Algarve Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter !!

Très bon séjour

Très bien accueillis par Mme Mimoso, nous avons profité d'une villa très confortable et très bien entretenue fin octobre 2016. Nous avons été très sensibles à toutes les marques d'attention proposées. Les propriétaires ont un grand souci du confort des locataires. Le cadre est très agréable et la piscine opérationnelle même à cette date. Ferragudo est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent comme nous sillonner l'Algarve d'est en ouest. Le village a gardé beaucoup de charme et on y trouve de bons restaurants de produits de la mer. Les petites plages toutes proches sont un atout supplémentaire. La proximité d'un Lidl ouvert tous les jours et tard le soir est précieuse pour l'approvisionnement. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa. Famille Pietrzak - Blanchemanche

Rund um sehr zufrieden!

Ein großes Lob an die Ferienwohnung! Wir hatten wahnsinnig entspannte sieben Tage Urlaub in Ferragudo. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt,sehr ruhig und wirklich schön gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Zudem war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf die Vermieterin konnte man sich sehr gut verlassen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Einziges Makel des Ortsteil in Ferragudo ist, dass es in der Nähe nur einen kleinen Supermarkt eines Campingplatzes gibt, den man leicht ohne Auto erreichen kann. Dank sehr aufgeschlossenen, netten und hilfsbereiten Portugiesen konnten wir aber auch den weit entfernten Lidl und das Stadtzentrum ohne eigenes Auto erreichen. Liebe Grüße von uns drei Mädels aus Deutschland. :) P.S.
