Casa Levante es una villa vacacional tranquila e idílica rodeada de un jardín tropical, en el que también hay una piscina privada climatizada de 10x5m. ¡La piscina y el jardín no son visibles desde el exterior!

El interior y el exterior de la villa están completamente amueblados para satisfacer las necesidades y deseos de hasta 8 personas. Nuestros huéspedes pueden esperar una casa sofisticada y amueblada con cariño para niños con 3 habitaciones dobles con aire acondicionado (1x doble, 2x cama doble) y una habitación infantil con literas, así como 3 baños separados.

El entretenimiento se proporciona en línea y fuera de línea en Casa Levante. Además de WiFi en toda la casa, hay un gran televisor LCD 3-D en la espaciosa pero acogedora sala de estar (recepción por cable con programas en alemán e inglés, grabadora de DVD con una selección de DVD) y un rincón de lectura con una biblioteca en constante crecimiento, que incluye CD, juegos y libros infantiles para ratones de biblioteca de todas las edades. Además, todas las habitaciones están equipadas con dispositivos estéreo, radio despertadores con CD o radios con grabadoras de cassette.

El amplio comedor está ubicado junto a la cocina moderna y bien equipada (que incluye un Lavavajillas, electr. Freidora, exprimidor, olla a presión, microondas, utensilios para hornear, cafetera, licuadora, etc.

La cocina y la sala de estar están conectadas directamente a la terraza cubierta del jardín con vistas a la piscina del hotel. El patio con parrilla exterior y una gran mesa de mármol debajo de un algarrobo ofrece otra oportunidad para desconectarse y reunirse.

Un punto destacado especial de Casa Levante es su romántica terraza en la azotea con una vista clara del Atlántico y el cielo estrellado. Durante el día, una vela de sombra grande proporciona sombra.

Best place with access to some of the best walking trails!!

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Alice the maid was great, and the managers where always available if we needed them. Loved the place and hope to return again.

Wonderful place

We have had the best holiday in many years . The villa was more than expected , spacious , clean , private gardens and a good sized pool , just as descibed and more. Everything we could have wished for supplied a real home from home . We will definately return to Casa Levante thankyou .

Beautiful Property

Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

The perfect spot

Our stay in this lovely spot on the Algarve Coast was wonderful and Kurt's home has everything you will need to enjoy your travels. We were right off the Seven Hanging Valleys hike. We walked into Benagil every evening for dinner and there are some great restaurants to choose from. There was a grocery store down the street to get essentials. I highly recommend this home.

Magnificent holiday home

There is a reason why we "only" give this accommodation 5 stars - namely that it is not possible to give more! Pictures and descriptions often lie - but the real "Casa Levante" fulfills both pictures and description in all respects. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend "Casa Levante" - and if we come to the Algarve again, this will definitely be the place we want to stay. Many Kind regards Birgitte and Johnny Hansen

Fantastic Villa with amazing surroundings

The best Villa we have ever stayed in within the Algarve, the villa was fully furnished and we had the assistance of the lovely Alice (house maid) who came every working day, such a lovely person, the family loved her. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the amazing views from the terrace. The surroundings (Carvalho beach and the cliffs) was just a 5 minute walk which was a complete surprise and treat for us everyday. We will definitely return to this villa this year. Thank you Mr and Mrs Weidemann.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Case Levante.

We, a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers, stayed in July - August 2019. We found the villa to be spacious with many different inside and outside areas, so we all had our own space. The pool was warm, inviting and a decent size for us all of us. It didn't need heating in summer. The upstairs bedroom had a lovely terrace looking out to sea. The location of the villa is ideal for a quiet holiday, in close proximity to one of the best beaches in the Algarve. Had a great holiday here and would definitely return.

This is an excellent *** property with an excellent pool and large cool rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. My only real fault to find was that there were notices stuck everywhere telling us what we couldn't do! Surely ONE BIG NOTICE would have been sufficient!

Great villa and garden

We spent 8 weeks in this lovely spacious and very well equipped property. Great location only 3 minutes walk from the brilliant clifftop paths outside of Carvoeiro. Brilliant for dogs as the garden is large and well secured. We were there in winter so didn’t make use of the fab pool but enjoyed the terraces on warm days. Villa is on a great development 5 minutes drive away from the busy centre of Carvoeiro, but close enough for everything you need. Winter visitors should be prepared for chilly nights!

Fantastic stay, house fully equipped for all needs

The property is as shown on the pictures. Really lovely (and quiet as it's a residential area) and well-maintained garden. Everything you might need is in the house. Bed are fantastic as well as the sunbeds and enough pilows, never slept so good on holiday. Alice comes when you want for cleaning. Also centrally located for visits to Albufeira, Ferragudo, Porches,... The house itself has separate corners for sun-lovers, those who want some shade and the sun-terras has nearly no wind and a magnificant view on the ocean. We will be back 😁😎😜

Wonderful Holiday

We had the most wonderful holiday in Casa Levante this summer. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.It was very clean and the daily maid service was brilliant. The swimming pool was great , nice and deep and refreshing in the heat. The pool was well maintained & cleaned regularly by the pool man. The area is beautiful and the gardens very pretty. It was very quiet during the day and at night.The beach nearest to us is spectacular despite a long walk down the cliff !! We would certainly recommend this villa to friends and hope to return very soon. The owner was very efficient and courteous with any contact we had and the management company were great.

Lovely villa. Poor location.

This is a lovely villa with almost everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and there’s space for everyone. The pool was lovely if not a little too deep. Would be unsuitable for little ones. Negatives for us - we had to drive to get anywhere. It says shops and bars are walking distance but you’d need to be a very good walker and in the heat it’s not doable. The nearest beach is walkable but a nightmare to get down to. Very dangerous steps. The aircon was great in the bedrooms but the lounge was stifling at night. We all retired early just to get cool.

Brilliant stay

10 night stay end of July, start of August. 4 adults 3 young children loved our time in Casa Levante. The villa was a good size and we found the kitchen well equipped. The pool was great with a deep end and a shallow end and the temperature was fine. The nearby beach is nice and within easy walking distance of the villa, although steps are involved. The nearest shop was within 10 min walk and their are 3 restaurants one literally opposite and two by the shop, all are nice. We used Uber to get around and this worked out fine save for one occasion when we struggled to get a ride (at a reasonable price). We also ordered food from the local Indian which was delivered. There are plenty of bigger supermarkets with short taxi ride and attractions like water parks and zoo marine are not far by car either. We had a great time, possibly the only drawback is that the forth bedroom (the kids room) wasn’t air conditioned, their was some kind of portable unit in the room but it wasn’t clear what this was and we didn’t want to meddle with it. To be fair I didn’t ask the host about this, I did raise a couple of other questions and found them very helpful and quick to reply. There is a beautiful sea view from the top balcony. The site was quiet, their is a large municipal pool which again was fine in terms of temp and tennis courts too. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Levante.

Cozy house and Incredible coast

Very nice and big house in a quiet area (at least in winter😊), perfect equipped, with a green garden (especially good for the dog), regularly cleaned up by a very nice maid Alice, also towels and bed linens were often changed. Especially kitchen was perfectly equipped! Perfect communication with the owners. One minute behind the house starts the boardwalk, an amazing walk along the sea coast with incredible views. You need only good shoes and your dog has to be lined (the cliffs are too steep and there walk also other dogs). Otherwise close to the house you can find also a nice green area which is very good for walking the dogs before you start the board walk😊. This Portuguese “sterile” area calls for beaing very proper and tidy and to keep your dog lined is nearly a matter of course in Algarve. Most beaches in this residence area are available by car but one very nice is avaliable about 5-10 minutes on foot. There are many beautiful beaches, very natural, and on some of them are small restaurants, without to disturb the natural character of the area. To lie with a glass of good wine or Prosecco on the sandy beach in the winter months is nearly a dream😁 In front of the house is probably the best restaurant in Carvoeiro, we tried once and could not resist any more...! It is not as expensive as it could seem, the seafood and fish are the same price also in other “so called” cheaper restaurants, but lower quality. In Algarve you can eat very well and also too much😁! And of course the Portuguese wine is really delicious, whether it is red or white wine, cheap or expensive one... Carvoeiro is a small but nice place for walking and visiting some bars or restaurants and shops... Not far away is it to Albufeira or to the South-West point Cabo de Sao Vicente, with beautiful beaches, what is matter of course in Algarve. Only a pity that the inland in Algarve does not offer too much...

Tolle Villa in super Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Villa bietet alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und der Pool ist aufgrund der Heizung auch im Winter sehr gut nutzbar. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern vor Ort und hatten genügend Platz. Auch ist das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlte nichts. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Wundervoller Urlaub, tolles Haus, traumhafte Lage

Wir haben 2,5 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super: Ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zu dem traumhaften Küstenwanderweg, sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, vor allem die Küche, ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Pool, die schattige Terrasse und den Garten, der so gut wie nicht einsehbar ist. Obwohl wir sonst Aktivurlauber sind, hatten wir oft gar nicht das Bedürfnis, die Casa Levante zu verlassen und sind lieber am Pool geblieben. Auch die tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Pluspunkt. Ebenso die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Und natürlich der tägliche Hausservice durch die äußerst freundlichen Reinigungsdamen. Kurzum - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!
