La casa está genial. Lo q más hemos disfrutado de la piscina. El propietario muy atento, la localización es muy sencilla y se llega bien. Está cerca de las playas, no recomiendo la de Benagil está destinada más a las excursiones en canoa. Portimao está muy cerca y para cenar y tomar algo está muy bien.

Condomínio fechado com duas casa, a casa vizinha era mais pequena 2/3 pessoas, então parecia que estávamos na nossa casa. O único ponto negativo fui a limpeza da casa que era mesmo mau, mas no primeiro dia organizamos tudo. A localização era boa para quem queria conhecer a região, que era o nosso caso, pois tínhamo-nos de deslocar sempre de carro. A casa fica a 6 minutos da cidade de Lagoa a onde encontra tudo

Belle maison , nous avons souffert de la chaleur a l'intérieur de la maison et le soir pour rafraîchir l'intérieur nous dormions avec les fenêtres ouvertes et nous entendions les chiens du voisinage aboyer toute la nuit,,, Sinon maison bien équipée.

Schönes Häuschen ruhig gelegen aber dennoch zentral zu allen Stränden.

Schönes Häuschen genau nach unserem Geschmack. Optimal für vier Personen. Vier sehr bequeme und große Betten in zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank und normaler E-Herd und Backofen, große Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sonnenliegen und zwei Schirmen, eine Hängematte. Etwas abseits und ruhig gelegen, aber alle sehenswerten Strände sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt zum Vermieter immer schnell. Haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und sehr genossen. In Lagoa gibt es einen tollen Bioladen auch mit guter Auswahl an frischen Sachen zusammen mit einem Caffee ( haben vegane und glutenfreie Kuchen) und Restaurant.

Gepflegtes Traditionelles Landhaus mit großem Grund

Schön zwischen den Hügeln des Küstenstreifens gelegen besticht das Haus durch seine liebevolle Einrichtung. Insbesondere der verglaste Kamin stellte für uns (Winter 21/22) ein absolutes Highlight dar. Das Grundstück bietet genug Parkraum für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto oder mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich, daher sollte man sich an krähenden Hähnen etc. nicht stören, wenn man eine Anmietung erwägt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil des Hauses ist die Innenbeleuchtung, die in den früh herreinbrechenden Nächten des Winters etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, 11 und 1, für zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, die Terrasse, der Ausblick, die Hängematten und die Hähne in der Umgebung sind toll. Die nächsten Strände waren schön, allerdings sehr voll. Wir sind dann öfters an die Westküste gefahren! Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Estamos de acordo com todos comentários positivos. Todas as informações fornecidas pelo locador estavam corretas. Nossas expectativas, em particular da casa, foram atendidas ou superadas. Sentimos-nos muito confortáveis desde o primeiro dia no que encontramos na Casa dos Avós um ponto de partida ideal para a nossa exploração de uma parte que não conhecia do Algarve. Passamos boas noites maravilhoso terraço! Nossas próximas férias no Algarve serão com muito prazer novamente na Casa dos Avós. O único ponto que acho que deveriam melhorar é a questão da televisão porque só tem canais alemães e alternativa a TDT (Canais portugueses)

Einfach fantastisch

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Casa dos Avos sehr genossen. Das Haus und ebenso das Grundstück sind geräumig, ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Mehrere sehr schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, ebenso wie diverse Supermärkte. Auch die Kommuniktation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden gern noch einmal wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

... ein schönes Haus mitten in der Algarve. Es verfügt über ein schönes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Nur wenige Autominuten ist das Haus vom Strand entfernt. In den Hängematten kann man abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen :)

Das sehr schön eingerichtete Haus vefügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine große Terrasse. Nur wenige Autominuten entfernt befinden sich die schönsten Strände der Algarve, auch die Maurenstadt Silves ist nicht weit entfernt.

wunderschöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa dos Avos. Eigentlich wurde schon alles in den bereits abgegebenen Bewertungen erwähnt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top und der Rest entspricht dem, wie es beschrieben wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen.

Erholsamer Urlaub wie er besser nicht sein kann - tolles, gepflegtes Haus, einmalige Atmosphäre

Auf den Punkt gebracht: Jeder Zeit sehr gern wieder! Von unserem ersten Urlaub in Portugal waren und sind meine Frau und ich begeistert (wir waren vom 1.9. bis zum 15.9.2017 vor Ort). Dazu beigetragen hat vor allem die einmalige Unterkunft "CASA DOS AVOS" - der Name "Haus der Großeltern" steht für eine Philosophie: Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen. Schon die freundliche Korrespondenz im Vorfeld zeigt: Da ist ein Vermieter, dem es wirklich daran liegt, dass man seinen Urlaub genießt. Das Ergebnis des aufwändigen Projektes - nämlich die liebevolle Restaurierung der familiären Anlage - ist absolut gelungen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt - vom Geschirr über Bettwäsche und Handtücher bis zu den komfortablen Liegestühlen mitsamt Sonnenschirmen auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit tollem Außengrill. "Highlights" sind die beiden Hängematratzen, die Entspannung vom feinsten garantieren. Apropos `Licht` - Fotografen und Menschen, die einen Blick dafür haben, wird das Herz höher schlagen. Sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne verwandeln die Landschaft rund um die großzügige Anlage (ca. 5.000 qm) in ein wahres Naturschauspiel. Und wer davon nicht genug bekommt, der schaut sich den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel an, der so in Deutschland nur in Bergregionen zu bewundern ist dank der klaren, reinen Luft. Gestärkt von frischen Feigen, die täglich auf dem Grundstück gepflückt werden können, startet man seine Erkundungen per Mietwagen. In einem Radius von rund 20 Kilometern entdeckt man die feinsten Strände und Buchten, die Europa zu bieten hat (das sagen wir als erfahrene Mittelmeer-Reisende). Im September findet man allerorts malerische Strände, die tatsächlich keinesfalls überlaufen sind (sehr weitläufige sogar kurz hinter Amacao - ca. 14 km östlich entfernt). Überall hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es sauber und gepflegt ist. Die Menschen sind freundlich und unaufdringlich. Wer abends was erleben möchte, fährt ins Fischerörtchen Ferragudo (wo man auch sehr gut essen kann) oder entdeckt das reizvolle Städtchen Silves. Wieder zurück im "CASA DOS AVOS" freut man sich auf die Oase der Ruhe ... wenn sich dann im Dunkeln die große Eingangsforte öffnet, `begrüßt` einen sogleich ein angestrahlter Olivenbaum und man freut sich: "Endlich wieder daheim". Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier. Danke auch an die freundliche Catia, die vor Ort hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin ist.

Wunderschöne Tage in einem tollen Haus!

Unsere Zeit in der Algarve und in der Casa dos Avos war rundum schön! Die Lage des Hauses ist super, zu den schönsten Stränden, der nächsten Stadt und ins Hinterland gelangt man in kürzester Zeit (Auto/Mietwagen vorausgesetzt) . Das Haus selbst ist charmant und die umgebende Anlage liebevoll gestaltet. Dank Herrn Kleyboldt konnten wir uns auch einen Eindruck vom zweiten Haus, der Casa Galeria machen. Der moderne "Anbau" macht Lust auf einen weiteren Urlaub hier. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen, selbst die ungewohnte Entsorgung des Toilettenpapiers ist nicht wirklich ein Problem. ..auch wenn uns das im Vorfeld zögern ließ. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Kleyboldt, war sehr freundlich, immer zeitnah und unterstützend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
