Boa localização, péssima experiência

Prós: - O hotel tem boa estrutura em relação a ambientes de uso comum; - A garagem não é coberta, porém é ampla; - A cama é bastante confortável; - O hotel tem ótima localização; Contras: - O banheiro não estava bem limpo. A tampa do vaso possuía resto de fezes e a lixeira do banheiro não possuía tampa; - Uma camareira entrou no quarto sem bater o que foi constrangedor pois eu estava de roupas íntimas; - O café da manhã tinha poucas opções, as frutas estavam verdes e o suco parecia ser de pacotinho; - O quarto, apesar de suficiente, é bem pequeno.

O Hotel é bem localizado, o check-in e o check-out foram rápidos, os funcionários educados e prestativos, a cama confortavel, as roupas de cama e toalhas limpos e em ótimas condições, o hotel como um todo muito limpo, café da manhã completo e saboroso, box e chuveiro quente e frio excelentes, ar condicionado excelente, sachês com shampoo e sabonete disponibilizados. A melhorar: Disponibilizar ducha higiênica e instalar uma exaustão elétrica automática no banheiro (uma vez que só há uma pequena grade dentro do box, que não cumpre bem essa função).

Hotel muito bom. Apenas o café decepcionou

As instalações do hotel são boas. Quarto e banheiro muito bons. Localização também muito boa. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. O único ponto fraco do hotel é o café da manhã, com poucas opções. Além disto, os bolos não pareciam ser frescos e estavam bem secos. O ovo mexido sem sal. Em resumo, pelo valor da diária , esperava um café da manhã melhor.

O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. O quarto era limpo. Os travesseiros eram ruins. As toalhas muito encardidas. O café da manhã era fraco no quesito bolo, havia sucos, frutas, pães. Queijo e presunto. No primeiro dia, teve pão de queijo.
