I booked two queen beds, confirmed on my prepaid reservation, and when I got there they gave me a king and a pullout sofa, saying that hotels don’t guarantee the kind of room you book - even when it’s confirmed in writing - when you book on a third party site like Expedia. This didn’t work for our family as we had four adults for a college graduation and we got poor sleep. We also paid a premium as it was a college graduation weekend. Totally unacceptable.
