Located in the heart of the historic area of The Villages known as Orange Blossoms.
This rare beauty is just a 5-minute ride to Spanish Springs Town square, golf courses,
Country Clubs, Rec Center, Several Pools, Hot tub, Dog parks, Pickle Ball, and all the
shopping you would want. Fully furnished with everything you will need to relax and
enjoy the beautiful weather in Florida. Included in the rental is high speed internet and a
new 55” flat screen smartTV in the living room. Golf cart included for your use while
staying in our home.
This rental has two beds (one queen and one full size) in the main part of the house with
a fully air conditioned, enclosed Florida room for you to enjoy.

Great location to Spanish Springs, pools, golfing. Place itself needs updating. No dishwasher, original chipped countertops. Musty smell.

Good price for the location. It could use some updating. Patio furniture was poor. Overall we enjoyed being there. Convenient to everything. Having the golf cart was great to get around in.

This single-wide trailer is one of the older models in the Villages but it also has a beautiful mature lot with lovely trees and one of the lakes right across the street. It’s close to 2 pools, golf corse, and the bridge to Spanish Springs with entertainment and shopping. The interior was very clean, very comfortable beds, and adequate hot water for showers. Outside screen porch was very pleasant and easily sat 4 with a gas barbecue that worked well nearby. Golf cart was a 2 seater, gas powered, and worked without a hitch. Overall, we would definitely chose this spot again!

Lovely Community and Responsive Host
Our short stay was enjoyable, the golf cart added a fun touch to the experience. There were a few minor issues that BreeAnn was quick to respond to and overall made our trip wonderful. We did discover that in order to access the pool we needed to fill out a form for a guest pass, I recommend doing this ahead of time if you have a short trip planned and want to make the most of your time. BreeAnn was responsive and the home was the perfect size and in a great location close to restaurants and stores.
