The property is great and loved that they allowed the use of kayaks! Make sure to bring eye masks as the bedrooms only have very sheer curtains on the windows which make for bright bedrooms in the early morning.

Beautifully Laid Out Lake Home

Four of us stayed at this home for a business trip. It was a great layout for us, including a full suite downstairs for the one man staying with us. It’s design makes you feel at home and the layout takes advantage of the lake view from all rooms.

We enjoyed our time here. We were traveling as a group of 6 and fit comfortably. Location on the lake was great and we leveraged the kayaks and paddle board. We found the area of Lacey to be a nice base area in order to hit all of our target sightseeing places such as Olympic NP, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Ranier NP, Seattle, Olympia, Anacortes (San Juan Islands) albeit, these were long day trips. The home was largely as described and clean inside.

Home away from home stay

We stayed at this beautiful property for a little over a month while our home was having work done. The property managers, as well as Evolve were wonderful to work with and even made it so that we could stay a little bit longer when our house turned into an ongoing ordeal. I feel emotionally attached to this home, you cannot beat the view of the lake and I miss it already. Highly recommend!

Great LakeSide Property!!

The property was immaculate with high-end kitchen appliances. Convenient location for shopping at SafeWay, Costco etc. The views of the lake, multi-tiered decks with stairs down to the private beach were awesome??? Our family enjoyed that the property location was relatively close to Seattle with close access to nature and the beauty of the Olympic peninsula.

The house is full with amenities and has everything you need for a lakeside house. Canoes, boat, fire pit with seating, plenty of blankets for outdoors and indoors. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Jason is an amazing host and was right there when we needed him.

The Perfect Getaway!

My family and I rented this gorgeous house for the weekend of 8/12-8/15. We were looking for a getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and we found the house to be perfect fit! My children loved all the outdoor activities that the house offered during the day, ie. swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, while my husband and I watched and enjoyed the sun from the deck. After the sun went down we’re thrilled to find everything needed to make s’mores made over a great fire pit! The kitchen came fully stocked so it was a joy to make meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable for each of our family members! It was just the relaxing weekend we were looking for! I would highly recommend this house to anyone in need of some time away! It does not disappoint!
