Good location with private access to the lake. Rental equipment for kayak or paddleboard. Spa and pool outside perfect for summer condition. Good sauna and hammam. Breakfast included with the room. Quality of pillows not at the top. Bed is soft. But private balcony for the room. Nice stay overall

very nice accommodations very nice area unfortunately the room was not ready for 11 AM. Had to wait two hours asked for a late check out the next day to noon and I never got an answer. I had to leave a message on an answering machine. I’ve never experienced that with a hotel they don’t get back to you very quickly.

Obviously, the timing of our visit preceded much activity at the hotel - we practically had it to ourselves. Check in was a bit convoluted since the desk clerk could not find our reservation, but with my receipt it was quickly resolved. We were quite early, but she did check us in and showed us to our spacious room. I had specified a walk-in shower, but the room had only a tub/shower combination. For one night it was fine. The setting both in front of hotel and at back where we were was beautiful. Only complaints - lack of good seating options and lighting was mediocre. Appointments otherwise were very nice. I had suggested we could pass some time in bar area if room was not ready - clerk's response "it won't open until maybe June" described the situation very well - in season this would be a great choice!

Good overall, well organized and clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and limited in variety and quantity, but quality was good. Bedroom outdated but super clean. It is a pet friendly place, so you can see cute dogs around the property. I would recommend the hotel.

It was a mediocre stay. But I understand that I booked during the least busiest time during year. Not much was going on around the area. But I did benefit from bring the only one using the jacuzzi and spa room. I think would like to go back during the peak summer or winter season and give it another chance when it’s busier and more things happening.

Great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice area. Everything was excellent. I do however find it unfortunate that you can't smoke on your room's balcony. Feels a little pointless to have a balcony.
