Private: property 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 25 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 4.6 km, rocky beach 4.6 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 50 km from the property. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor.
