This beautiful holiday home is located in Becici, a dreamy little place near Labin.
The place is very well located and peace and quiet is guaranteed. The property around the house may be used by the guests.
The open fireplace belonging to the property invites you to a hearty barbecue.
The terraces offer a lot of shade in summer and invite you to linger.
The dear hosts do not live in the same house but are of course available to the guest for any help, if desired.
Dogs are welcome.

2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, and a sofa bed in the living room.
1 kitchen;

Only 2 km from Labin and 6 km from Rabac is the place Becici. The house is situated in the quiet environment of fields. The distance to the sea is 6 km to the gravel bays of Rabac.

On the hill above Rabac sits the ancient Labin, whose old name Albona is mentioned as early as 285. The birthplace of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, the "collaborator" of Martin Luter, is today a cultural and administrative center. Hardly any such charming mixture of architecture and cultural and historical monuments, with numerous studios and a hint of youth, meets here, especially in the evening, in numerous coffee shops.
The old town of Labin is only 4km away. This city is a protected historical monument and offers a variety of historical sites that should definitely be visited: the church from 1336, built on the ruins of a church from the 11th century. Century was built; the
Rabac is also within a few minutes drive and is only 7km from the property. Rabac is widely known as the pearl of Kvarner and offers many beaches with crystal clear and clean sea water. There are various sports activities offered, tailored to each guest individually.

Turbulenter Start mit gutem Ende
Vorab, es lief anders als gedach,aber im Nachhinein war es eine tolle Zeit….aber von vorne…es passierte was niemand will und was auch bei Pauschalreisen mal passiert…eine doppelte Buchung und wir waren die die später angereist sind.
Vesna war aber trotzdem vol für uns da. Sie kümmerte sich um Ersatz und dieser war mehr als wir erwartet hatten…die 2 Umzüge zwischendurch mal ausgenommen hatten wir Glück im Unglück und eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien. Vielleicht nächstes Jahr im tatsächlich gebuchten Haus.

Gerne wieder
Liebe Laura, wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Deinem Haus verbracht. Bei unserer Anreise haben wir ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit einem tollen Pool vorgefunden. Der Kühlschrank war für den ersten Tag gut bestückt und während unserem Aufenthalt hast Du uns immer wieder mit etwas Leckerem verwöhnt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Istrien gefällt uns sehr gut. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!!

Ein schöner entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus bietet alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen. Laura hat uns freundlich mit kleinen Geschenken empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. So haben wir uns schnell eingelegt und willkommen gefühlt. Außer dem Whirlpool aus der Beschreibung ist alles vorhanden und top in Ordnung. Der Pool ist groß und bietet wie der Garten ausreichend Platz. So fühlte sich auch unser Hund sehr wohl und genoss den Anschluss an Lauras Hunde. Labin und Rabac sind gut zu erreichen. Als Sportler bin ich viel Gravel Bike gefahren oder war Laufen. Hierzu sei gesagt, dass es doch recht hügelig ist und die Autos in Kroatien allgemein nicht viel Rücksicht auf einen nehmen. Radfahrer und Fußgänger sind hier ehr unbekannt.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Ferienhaus Laura ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen sehr großen Garten mit Pool und Grillmöglichkeit, die zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen einladen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Laura ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit einem istrischen Teller und Slijvovica erwartet.
Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Alles Super!
Bei der Ankunft mussten wir kurz suchen, haben das Haus aber schnell an den Bildern erkannt. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand, wirklich gut ausgerüstet mit allem, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Brotzeitplatte und Getränke, das war nach langer Fahrt wirklich super! Auf der Mauer um das Gebäude ist ein Zaun angebracht (nicht auf den Bildern), was super für unsere Hunde war, wir konnten sie ohne Bedenken im Garten laufen lassen. Labin für Einkaufen und Essen gehen ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, und Rabac bzw. andere Strände zum Schwimmen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Abseits genug für Ruhe, nah dran genug an allem für Unternehmungen. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im Haus nebenan, ist also schnell zu erreichen, falls etwas sein sollte. Jederzeit gern wieder!
