The apartment in this semi-detached house is pleasantly furnished and has a large lawn with parking. The house is located on the outskirts of Labin (Labin), far from the noise and daily stress but at the same time sufficiently close to the city center which is reachable with a pleasant walk. The sea of ​​the beautiful Istrian coast can be easily reached within 10 minutes by car.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr ok

Das kleine nette HĂ€uschen in einer sehr ruhigen natĂŒrlichen Gegend mit Garten zum grillen und draußen verweilen umgibt alles was man zum Urlaub benötigt! Eine WohnkĂŒche mit einem Ă€lteren Bad mit Waschmaschine ! Die beiden gerĂ€umigen Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Schrank und Spiegelschrank! Die Betten sind durchgelegen , deshalb mein Punktabzug

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und es sehr genossen. Es ist ein altes Haus mit Ă€lterem Mobiliar etc. aber es ist alles da was man braucht und es gibt in allernĂ€chster Umgebung alle GeschĂ€fte, um sich mit dem AlltĂ€glichen zu versorgen. Nur in die schöne Altstadt Labin ist es zu Fuß zu weit zu laufen, da muss man das Auto nehmen. Wir haben die Gegend ringsum erkundet, waren an vielen StrĂ€nden, Buchten und StĂ€dten und abends haben wir uns dann gefreut, in unser sehr ruhiges und gemĂŒtliches Domizil zu kommen. Livio kommt gerne mal vorbei, er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und schaut einfach gerne nach dem rechten. FĂŒr unseren Hund war das GrundstĂŒck auch toll (wenn auch nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt), ab und zu kamen die Nachbarshunde vorbei und haben ihn begrĂŒsst. Istrien ist einfach wunderschön, Labin am Abend ein Traum und tagsĂŒber kann man wunderbar Fisch essen in der Markthalle. In Rabac war immer was los, das war dann fĂŒr unsere jugendlichen Kinder auch toll. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub! Danke an Livio und seine Frau!!

Im groben so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben

Moinsen, nach einer netten BegrĂŒĂŸung konnten wir fĂŒr die 10 Tage die FeWo beziehen. Im GebĂ€ude ist alles vorrĂ€tig was man braucht und wenn doch etwas fehlt sagt man dem Gastgeber (Livio) bescheid und am nĂ€chsten Tag bringt er es vorbei. In unserer Zeit ist er jeden Tag bei uns vorbei gekommen um nachzufragen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Im groben alles super gelaufen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Lieder gibt es keine Zentalheizung sondern nur die Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion. Das Internet kommt per 6GB Stick und fĂŒr die Jugend ist es ĂŒber den Zeitraum auf 10 Tagen verteilt zu wenig und die Waschmaschine funktioniert auch nur sporadisch. Von der Verkostung von KĂ€se oder dem Wein aus der eigenen Herstellung kann ich nicht viel schreiben da wir leider nicht in den Genuss kamen. Genauer gesagt haben wir fĂŒr Honig von Livio (aus eigener Herstellung) 11€ bezahlt. Bei einem kleinen 10 Minuten Spaziergang ist man schon in der Stadt und mit dem Auto kann man den Strand (Plomin Luca oder bei Rabac) in 10 Minuten erreichen.

Bon hébergement, excellent accueil.

Maison au calme dans les environs proches du centre de Labin, commerces à proximité. L'accueil est parfait, Livio et Betty sont aux petits soins, toujours disponibles et d'excellent conseil.

Super Urlaub in Labin

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war sehr entspannt. Man erreicht alles schnell und unkompliziert ob Einkauf (Lidl oder Konsum und der Markt alles in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto) oder das Meer schöne Buchten wie sv. Marina oder auch Rabac ist in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus an sich ist so wie beschrieben und sauber der Garten ist naturbelassen war fĂŒr uns ganz gut da wir Hunde dabei hatten und nicht aufpassen mussten ob die was beschĂ€digen. Der Vermieter (Livio) ist sehr nett und kommt oft vorbei und schaut nach ob alles gut ist und man kann in auch anrufen wenn was nicht stimmt. Ein Abend haben wir zusammen sein Wein getrunken und Schinken von den Nachbarn gegessen (Super lecker). MfG.Andreas

4 Punkte weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat, nach objektiven MaßstĂ€ben könnte man auch nur drei Punkte geben. Das Ferienhaus ist schön gerĂ€umig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß, aber nicht wirklich gepflegt oder "hĂŒbsch" gemacht; wer auf so etwas Wert legt (wir nicht) könnte sich daran stören. Labin ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und auch wirklich fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, allerdings braucht man - anders als angegeben - dafĂŒr eine gute halbe Stunde und muss einen steilen Anstieg hoch zur Altstadt bewĂ€ltigen. Da wir gerne wandern fĂŒr uns kein Problem, aber wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist und es komfortabler will sollte das wissen. Das Ferienhaus selber ist an den Randbezirken von Labin und es ist wirklich sehr ruhig dort, auch wenn das Haus von anderen HĂ€usern umgeben ist - im Garten hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe und ist auch vor fremden Blicken geschĂŒtzt. Dabei ist der Gartenzaun nicht rundum geschlossen, lĂ€sst sich aber mit Hilfsmitteln (z.B. mit Auto das Tor zuparken) so absichern, dass zB der Hund (den wir hatten) nicht weglĂ€uft. Die Gastgeber Livio und seine Frau Betty kommen tĂ€glich vorbei (auch unangekĂŒndigt) um etwas im Garten zu machen oder nach den HĂŒhnern zu sehen, die nebenan sind. Die beiden sind sehr nett und v.a. Livio, der auch gut Deutsch spricht ist fĂŒr ein SchwĂ€tzchen zu haben. An einem Abend servierte er uns selbstgemachten Wein und regionalen KĂ€se und Schinken, das war ein schöner Abend. Uns hat es gefallen, aber wer Wert auf absolute PrivatsphĂ€re legt, der sollte wissen, dass er in diesem Ferienhaus mit Besuchen rechnen muss - auch wenn diese Besuche sehr nett sind. Der nĂ€chstgelegene Strand ist Rabac, da wir mit Hund gereist sind und der dortige Strand sehr eng ist, waren wir dort nur einmal; auch die Fahrt nach Rabac und das dortige Parken sind kein RiesenvergnĂŒgen, es ist eng, steil und kurvig. Auf der Halbinsel Duga Luka gibt es noch StrĂ€nde, z.B. Prtlog (ca. 15 Minuten mit Auto) oder Ravni (ca. 35 Minuten mit Auto), aber auch hier muss man sich auf enge, steile und kurvige Strassen einstellen. Die StrĂ€nde sind alle recht felsig, das Wasser natĂŒrlich kristallklar und nicht so ĂŒberlaufen wie in Rabac, aber im Sommer ist man nie wirklich alleine. In fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung zum Ferienhaus gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der aber nur Großpackungen verkauft (wohl eher fĂŒr Restaurants), zum Lidl sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Alles in allem: Gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis.

Really nice break in a quiet and well presented family house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Livio, our host, was super friendly and helpful. He even offered us some fresh local produce and home made wine. The house has everything that we needed and we would gladly recommend a stay at this property to future visitors. Enjoy!
