Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Von der Vermieterin in der oberen Etage war nichts zu bemerken, als wenn man das Haus und Grundstück alleine hätte.

Absolut perfekt

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig. Alles entsprach genau den Fotos / der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre waren absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super ruhiger Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Labin. Es war herrlich ruhig und wenn man etwas erleben wollte, ist man in 5 min mit dem Auto am Meer. Der Pool, der Garten und die Wohnung sind top sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie ist super nett. Unser kleiner Hund war sehr willkommen und hatte auch einige tierische Freunde ( Hunde und Katzen) gefunden. Wer etwas Ruhe und Entschleunigung vom Alltag such ist hier genau richtig. Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick und ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Ortsteil von Labin, unweit von der Altstadt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus im Erdgeschoß mit Zugang zum sehr gepflegten Garten. Hier hat ein Pool auf uns gewartet, den wir gern genutzt haben. Die sehr gastfreundliche Eigentümerin bewohnt das Obergeschoß. In der nahen Umgebung befanden sich viele Tiere (Katzen, Ziegen, Hunde) die wir mit unserem Kleinen streicheln konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem Garten hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Istrische Hinterland. Die nächste größere Stadt Rabac ist ca. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, wo auch Ausflugsschiffe abfahren. Hier lädt ein Steinstrand zum Baden ein. Das Wasser ist hier wie überall in Kroatien sehr klar. Es empfiehlt sich Badeschuhe anzuziehen zwecks eventuell vorhandener Seeigel. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub MfG
