In the district of Murschetg, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 400 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars), communal covered parking at the house. Dimension: height 190 cm. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m, bathing lake 2 km.
