The property looked amazing online but in person it did not match the description. Yes, nice upon first glance but the apartment we stayed in was not very clean. We found hairs in every bed and pillow cover. The couches had crumbs in between the cracks. The leather bar stools had hand grease stains on it and food crumbs. Overall the apartment looked great but the closer you look it is definitely not cleaned properly for being a 4 star hotel. Also the front staff was not friendly, upon telling them we had issues with the blinds being broken and we didn’t want to be charged for incidentals they stated it was on their to do list of repairs. This is something they could of told us before checking into a room with blinds that don’t work. We couldn’t enjoy the view. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent proximity to Sand Hollow State Park. The room was large and clean. Parking the trailer was a challenge, but we managed. It would be nice to see the lot next to Building #7 graded or paved. The rain over the weekend made it a pool. Dr. B

My 7th stay. The rooms are mostly nicely accommodated. Very spacious. Some rooms are becoming warn. I have stayed in smaller rooms that were as close to perfect as possible. And some larger models that are worse for wear. All privately owned like a tine share, so that might contribute to the differences. Overall great experiences. If you're on a lower level, there's a possibility of noisy upstairs neighbors since families with kids are the norm.
