We loved the size of our room, the location was fabulous, central to everything and a great price! We will stay there again. We felt like the room was a nice size, we loved the huge windows and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving in NYC memorable.

Empire Hotel
House cleaning ladies were lovely. There should be a bar in the lobby. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, but one complaint: the handicapped bathroom door is incredibly heavy and the room is too small for a wheelchair. You should ask someone in a wheelchair for design advice.
