It is a nice looking hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There were a few issues. 1. There was a dirty coffee cup left from the previous guests under the curtain, so the room was not cleaned very well. The air conditioner was dripping water on the floor, so they had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. It's on the main street, so it's extremely noisy. Upon arrival I showed my passport from my phone. I was told to avoid the taxes I needed to show the '90' day stamp. I showed the person upon checkout my work visa which is good until June 2026, and it also shows for entries-multiple. They were still insisting on a 90 day stamp, even though I was not there for 90 days and my work visa clearly showed that. They were still going to try and charge me for taxes until I showed them the stamp in my passport, which I did the next day. This was a horrible experience and shows this hotel is greedy for money and their front staff need better training. I will never stay at this hotel again not will I recommend it to others. Completely avoid this hotel, they are only out to get more money out of you.

Staff was outstanding. They were experienced, had a great attitude and have been working with the hotel for a long time. I was not a fan of the breakfast ordering system where at the restaurant, the waiter brings you a form for you to fill out with what you want. At least breakfast was free. My room lock did malfunction three times. The hotel was nicely appointed with chic decor. The restaurant on the 4th floor had a cool vibe.

Great place and great price

The place was great! Super convenient, and they allowed me to check-in a bit early. The room was immaculate, but it showed a bit of age. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in Colombia. The curtains were amazing at blocking out the sun, and it is very sound proof. In the end, I highly recommend this place for the location, comfort, and price.
