Los empleados son muy amables, el cuarto tenía pelos en la sábana cuando llegamos. Se ve limpio. El desayuno si es terrible, nada variado, poca cantidad, nunca como la comida en Colombia. Si usted busca descansar este no es el sitio porq hay mucho ruido ya q están ubicados sobre una calle principal. Pero el área es segura, tiene restaurantes, tiendas, bares el área es muy buena

Gorgeous room with outdoor jacuzzi. Location is great, with restaurants & bars, but it brings unbelievable noise from within the hotel (there’s a restaurant above my floor) and outside is just bad. I’m writing this right now at 11pm and resistance is futile.

It is a nice looking hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There were a few issues. 1. There was a dirty coffee cup left from the previous guests under the curtain, so the room was not cleaned very well. The air conditioner was dripping water on the floor, so they had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. It's on the main street, so it's extremely noisy. Upon arrival I showed my passport from my phone. I was told to avoid the taxes I needed to show the '90' day stamp. I showed the person upon checkout my work visa which is good until June 2026, and it also shows for entries-multiple. They were still insisting on a 90 day stamp, even though I was not there for 90 days and my work visa clearly showed that. They were still going to try and charge me for taxes until I showed them the stamp in my passport, which I did the next day. This was a horrible experience and shows this hotel is greedy for money and their front staff need better training. I will never stay at this hotel again not will I recommend it to others. Completely avoid this hotel, they are only out to get more money out of you.
