Wonderful place. Super clean and tidy. Fantastically helpful owner. Location is great. Near coop and takeaway pizza. Helpfulness of the owner really did stand out. Check in etc is by instruction… no reception. We would thoroughly recommend.

The facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The refrigerator contains bottled water and welcome cookies. A coffee machine, sugar, coffee cups, and even a can opener for your beer are provided. The room has fine finishes, air conditioning with heating, and a huge water heater. Honestly, you couldn't ask for more. Finally, the service staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Laura.

The apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. It has everything you need. Laura was very accommodating. It is walking distance to the train station. We only had trouble finding parking, but if you arrive early, it will be fine. We definitely recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful place.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at Laura Guesthouse. After our arrival on May 9, I discovered that the room I had booked was different from the one I was assigned. I had reserved a room with a balcony, as shown on the Expedia website, at a higher price for four nights. However, I was provided with a different room. This discrepancy was not only unexpected but also inconvenient as it did not meet my expectations and requirements. As a result of this error, I ended up paying extra for the price difference between the room I booked and the one I received, according to my booking confirmation on Expedia website.

Tres jolie et tres propre

Nous avons passer deux superbe nuit dans une des chambres d’hotes chez laura rooms et nous ne regrettons pas du tout. Tres bien situé pres de la gare la spezia station centrale qui nous a permis de pouvoir acceder au train facilement. La chambre etait propre, il a a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut ! Petites attentions mignonne tres apprecier machine a thé et cafe a disposition gratuitement, petit frigo, clim nous y avons passer deux jours superbes lit tres confortable je recommande !!
