Grad Trip
My adult daughter and I stayed here 2 nights before and after hiking to Cinque Terre. Location is central and accessible to downtown. Not fancy but met our needs for two nights. Adriana is prompt and easy to deal with.

Convenient and comfortable stay
We had a quick one night stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a perfect location for a quick adventure to Cinque Terre. Very clean and comfortable bed. Easy walk to the train station, but the process of getting tickets and finding the right train was a bit confusing for us, so do some research if you aren’t familiar with the public transportation system. We were offered a private parking spot in a garage steps from the apartment which made having a car easy. We enjoyed our short stay!

This property was perfect for our one night in LaSpezia. There is no living room, but the kitchen was comfortable for sitting and chatting. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, no complaints!!
