Perfectly situated to take advantage of luxury shopping, fine dining, and exciting activities, Villa Modern Palms offers accommodations for up to eight guests of all ages. It features four spacious bedrooms, four private bathrooms, and a powder room for guest use. While staying at the villa, guests have a housekeeper every day to clean up around the home. A chef is also provided to create delicious meals for everyone in the group. The master suite in Villa Vistamar 23 offers a king-size bed with fine linens, a flatscreen television, and terrace access with stunning views. It also provides a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower, a tub, and a vanity. One of the other guest rooms has a king bed, while the other two are equipped with two comfortable queen beds.
The outside of the villa has a spacious living and dining area right next to a refreshing pool. There are several loungers along the side of the pool and a covered terrace where guests can enjoy meals and conversation until late into the night. Hammocks and a jacuzzi are also provided so you can relax in whatever way you like best.

About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.

Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner's preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel's restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.
