Esta hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños es perfecta para una escapada de fin de semana, fines de semana festivos o disfrutar del hermoso clima del desierto durante unas semanas mientras la nieve se acumula en casa. El gran plano de planta abierto es muy acogedor y ofrece mucho espacio para grupos grandes o familias.

Ubicado a solo minutos de Coachella, The Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West e innumerables campos de golf de clase mundial.

El espacio

La casa tiene muchas mejoras y ha sido decorada con buen gusto. La suite principal está bajando las escaleras y tiene un gran patio. Los 2 dormitorios de invitados están arriba 1 de los cuales también tiene un patio privado.

El espacio al aire libre ofrece innumerables áreas para disfrutar del clima cálido y las hermosas vistas de las montañas y los árboles circundantes. La piscina de agua salada y la bañera de hidromasaje personalizadas están rodeadas de exuberantes jardines y muchas tumbonas para disfrutar del sol. My wife and I were in La Quinta for the Ironman event. The place we stayed at was excellent! The location was great, and all of the comforts and amenities were provided. Great beds, a well appointed kitchen, clean bathrooms with an abundance of towels. I could go on, but the best part of our stay? The pool and hot tub, hands down!

Relaxing La Quinta Getaway

Our family had a fantastic stay at this La Quinta home! The house was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The pool area was the highlight—beautiful, clean, and with plenty of shaded spots for lounging throughout the day. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in and communication effortless. Wonderful place for a getaway retreat. The condo has everything you need. And the backyard really was a nice oasis to hang out and enjoy the sun. The garage parking was too small for my large SUV, but parking in front of the garage is available so it wasn’t an issue. The gated front entrance made us feel secure as well. Overall would def recommend

Excellent property and host

We have stayed at this property several times and it is one of our favourites. We love the location and community and the property is very clean and stocked with everything needed for any length of stay. The outdoor area is large and includes a beautiful pool and spa and gas fireplace. John is an excellent host who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this property again.

December Stay

House was extremely clean and as advertised. Very reliable communication with John made the stay easy with check-in/outs. Great place to stay with friends or family. Lovely backyard. House is in a beautiful subdivision and it was quiet at all hours. Parking was convenient for guests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A wonderful quiet oasis

Our family (4 adults and two children under 4) spent a delightful week at this well equipped home in La Quinta. The house is roomy, well laid out and quiet. We stayed in the master on the main floor and never heard the grandchildren playing upstairs. The beds are comfy and firm and the towels were nice and thick. The high chair was very much appreciated along with the multiple options for blenders and coffee makers! We didn't visit the exercise room or use the communal pools or courts - our pool was more than enough for us to enjoy. The house has enough shade plus two umbrellas so you can actually enjoy the outside and not get fried by the sun. We totally enjoyed hanging out with our grandchildren at Villa Puerta Azul!

Backyard Oasis

Place is awesome!!!! Pool area beautiful very quiet and peaceful. John our host was perfect always responding to questions etc… definitely would say this will always be on top our list when we come back should it be available. Just a note that the outdoor grill probably should be replaced but it operated very nicely.

Peaceful getaway for our family

If you want a quiet, and peaceful getaway in the desert this is a nice place for you. The neighborhood is very quiet we only saw one other person in the neighborhood our last visit here. To enter the gated community you must enter the access code given by the host but it’s a bit confusing so a little patience is required to enter. Just give the keypad time to register the code and eventually the gate will open. The home is as described and equipped with many of the things you will need. The kitchen pantry and refrigerator are stocked with useful items that we were glad were there because we forgot to bring them with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also clean and stocked with useful items like shampoo etc. our favorite part is that the home has its own pool. We have stayed at other similar communities in the area and we love the fact that we don’t need to rush to the community pool to get a spot with chairs or shade, it’s all right here for you and your family to enjoy peacefully and at any hour. Other places kick you out of the pool area at 10pm we were swimming with our kids and enjoying the jacuzzi past midnight. The control panel to control the pool and jacuzzi lights and waterfall and heater is a little tricky but with a little tinkering around you will figure it out. The host will respond in a timely manner to answer any questions you my need answered. we enjoyed our stay here so much that we booked it again 5 weeks later and our family enjoyed it again!

Quiet Getaway

The house is comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. The outside pool area is private and we spent most of our days out there. John is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Best desert stay ever!!!

My husband and I have been renting homes in Palm Desert and La Quinta for over a decade, and no exaggeration, this was the nicest rental we’ve ever had! The property is beyond 5-star luxurious!!!! And whenever I had a question, John replied instantly! We have only fabulous things to say about our stay with zero complaints. We can’t wait to stay there again!
