This charming single-story 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has everything you need for your next desert escape!

The Space:
This beautiful single-story 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standalone villa is surrounded by luscious landscaped grounds, fountains, and mountain views. It is within a short walk to the main pool area and steps to another nearby pool.

The villa has an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and opens out onto 2 private patios. One bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, kitchenette, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom and opens out through French doors to a private patio where you can enjoy the sounds of one of the 19 community fountains. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, desk and opens out through French doors onto a shared patio (dining room) with a ceiling fan. Both master bathrooms have granite counter tops, soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers.

The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, gas fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, and access to the shared patio.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, full-size appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal), cherry cabinets and pantry storage. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is complete with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. A toaster, coffee maker, and blender are also available. This unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer combo with provided laundry detergent. Don't miss your chance at staying in this wonderful stand alone villa.

This is a pet friendly unit. Two dogs under 50lbs are allowed for an additional nightly pet fee and management approval.

Fun Golf Getaway

This was our second time staying within the Legacy Villas Community on our annual golf trip with friends. The property and villa rented were wonderful. Close to many beautiful golf courses, there is a wonderful clubhouse facility/pool area, gym and the weather while hot, was still enjoyable. We had the comforts of home, without being at home and will definitely be back!

Love Legacy Villas!

We have stayed at Legacy Villas many times and have never been disappointed! The grounds are beautiful and immaculate! Desert Getaway

The property was beautiful with easy access to several pools. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the convenient restaurant with tasty food. We also loved the area and the many restaurants and stores that were nearby. The villa was comfortable, but some kitchen utensils and dishes were not clean. Although the reservation was for 6 people, there were only enough pool towels for 5. The sofa bed was comfortable, but there were no linens to make it up. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and we will be back to stay again.

The villa is everything and more!

This was our first trip to La Quinta, California and the Legacy Villas. The villa was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. It was just the two of us but we decided to go with the 2 bedroom villa so that we had extra room to work remotely from the 2 bedroom. The villa and the property exceeded our expectations. The only thing I would have found useful would have been a full length mirror. It was a very enjoyable week. Thanks for everything and hope to see you in the future.

Fantastic family vacation spot

We loved the Legacy Villas community and loved the unit we stayed in. We have already made plans to return! The unit was spacious and nicely furnished. Perhaps our favorite thing was the outdoor patios off of each bedroomo for having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Overall a wonderful experience.

The unit was well stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, pool towels and kitchen supplies. There were welcome kits in each bathroom, including toothbrushes. Very clean and well maintained unit. We've stayed at several Legacy villa units, and this location was one of the quieter spots. Peaceful patios next to the fountain, and we used the one off the master the most, since it had Mountain views as well. Tami was also very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

While we only used one of the two bedrooms, it was very nice to have access to the second bathroom. We were very pleased with the condo and would use it again. The location was ideal for us and the grounds were great. The condo safe was locked and couldn't be used. Being a gated area we weren't too concerned about any breaking and entering.

It's conveniently just a hop skip away from the two main pools, which were large, with one having a "beach" and water spouts for kids. Other pools are also very close by. The villa was actually more spacious than appears in the photos. The beds were very comfy, rooms and both bathrooms were large. The master actually has a wet bar and small fridge within. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The villa is situated in a beautiful, perfectly groomed, quiet community, settled right up against the mountain side. We enjoyed taking walks around the grounds, and loved the fountains scattered throughout. Our only complaint was that the rental management could have been more friendly and accommodating - as one example, our request for a late checkout was never responded to. In spite of that, we would stay here again because the property itself was lovely.
