This was our second time staying at this property. You can't beat the location! We love walking to Old Town La Quinta and having access to the bike trails. Everything you need is at this home. The beds are comfortable too! Waking up to the sounds of birds and watching them at the feeder was also a highlight. We will be back!!

Very well-equipped and well-provisioned with lots of pool towels, all sorts of kitchen ware and appliances, coffee, tea, pool toys, etc. Probably the best provisioned rental we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious and comfortable with all king beds! The hosts were very responsive to all messages and kindly accommodated our request for early check-in, and allowed our dog. Great location. We especially appreciated the park and fitness center right across the street and made good use of it. The 5 day use fee was well worth it.

This home was immaculately clean, well furnished, and surprisingly cool through our second week of an unseasonably hot, heat wave. The pool table, dartboard, pool and hot tub were all enjoyed. We contacted our host Skip, a handful of times throughout our stay and he always responded quickly, taking care of our needs. We like to hike/walk with the trails nearby, making this location convenient. We highly recommend the Bear Creek Trail and Cove Trailhead. Thank you Skip and Monica for our enjoyable stay!
