Enjoy the desert in your own private, quaint, and comfortable home! Gaze out of your master bedroom sliding glass door at the pool and palm trees. The backyard is a tranquil oasis w/seating and a private yard w/ pool (no hot tub). Note: the pool is not heated.
The home is very close to Old Town La Quinta, hiking, and parks with pickle ball and tennis.
Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer (note: fridge/freezer do not make water or ice but we have ice trays provided!) The kitchen table seats two and we have a large outdoor couch as well to enjoy dinner by the pool under the desert stars.
The home has AC as well as a mini split in the living room and the master bedroom to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.
The living room and one guest bedroom have a TV with Roku, and the master bedroom TV is a smart TV! There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to bring an air mattress if you so choose.
The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay). Liability Waiver:

The location of the home was nothing more than perfect!!! The cleanliness could be better, there were stains on the couch, the kitchen has gaps on either side of the dishwasher, and it can use a new and updated coat of paint inside.

Getting from, children, parents and cold weather.
Thank you. We loved how clean the inside of the house was. Lots of linens and pillows was very nice. We had a very relaxing time getting away from adult children, parents, snow and getting sun sunshine. Some tips for the owner to make it a better stay for four 65 year old women. *Hangers, need way more we bought 1 dozen. But needs more especially in twin room where there is no dresser. *teaspoons for eating cereal etc. there were only 3, we bought 3 more. *buy another chair for kitchen table, if you will note, people have been using the garbage can for a 4th seat. *bowls, to eat cereal out of, we bought paper to cover the trip. *check for burned out lightbulbs. *lawn chairs of some sort we bought 2 from Walmart for extra chairs outside. *plastic chairs are cracked and pinches the arm , check them out. *clean cushions outdoors, they are really dirty. We cleaned them the best we could. * no, we did not use the pool, but pool man is not doing a very good job. *paint, as we sat in back of house, the back wall of house really needs painting. In bedrooms, lay on bed, look up. Just some touch up goes a long way. If owners did some spiffing up they could ask more for house. I must say this was the least we have spent on a home in La Quinta. So, we got what we paid for. Thank you

Nice Spot for quick stay
Overall a good property and As advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with property owner was stellar. Gave overall 4 stars due to TWIN beds being a little thin in the mattress. Great for kids not so much for adults. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.

Great getaway
Loved staying at this location. Everything was as advertised and the pictures of the property do not give it justice as it is much nicer than in the pictures. Our family loved staying here and we loved all the towels that were provided since we basically stayed at the pool the entire time. And the pool was perfect for us since we have smaller children . We would definitely recommend and definitely will return.

Central La Quinta Location/ Up and Coming Charmer
This cute little house has great potential, but is a current work in progress. Clean, decent beds, but missing some guest conveniences and finishing. Overall a nice place in a central La Quinta location for getting to Old Town or Indian Wells. Plenty of room for 6 adults.
