Staying in the heart of LaPointe is always such a win for location. With having older teens/young adults in our group now, they are able to safely be independent walking around town to all of their favorite locations like the pool, Joni’s beach, the Beach Club and every shop in town. The lagoon and state park are both quick drives from this location as well. The private deck is able to be accessed from both bedrooms and the main living area with three sets of sliding doors. The private deck is much larger than I expected it to be and the adults loved sitting out there with our drinks, reading and chatting. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but it has what you will likely need for a week stay. I did bring a crock pot so we had pot roast cooking for us one day while we were at the beach :) There weren’t any bath towels or washcloths provided, but we did bring our own. The air conditioning gets nice and cold so it was perfect for sleeping! One thing to note: the queen bed in the primary bedroom is really high, so some people may find it difficult to get up into. The queen bed in the room that has the bunks was more of a normal height. I was happy with the location and would stay in any of the Bell Street rentals again!
