The host Nathan was very approachable and responsive to any questions, and the team who manage the property were great too. The whole apartment was clean and newly renovated including new washing machine, air fryer, coffee machine, smart TV etc and there was a brilliant view of the pool area from the terrace. The Oasis Dunas Complex is a former hotel where properties are now privately owned with plenty of holiday lets, and during our stay there seemed to be a mixture of guests from the U.K., Ireland, Spain, France and Germany. The pool area itself is very clean and visually stunning with three large pools with slides. The Vibez Pool Bar had friendly staff and plenty of drinks options and although the food we ate was great just be aware that there are only a few hot food options. You cannot fault the location of the Oasis Dunas - it is literally over the road from the waterpark, and 5 minutes walk from the main strip with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops, 15 minutes walk from Music Square, 10 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction to Villa Commercial El Campanario with shops, restaurants and a market twice a week. It also took less than 10 minutes to get a taxi to Grandes Playas Beach and it's amazing sand dunes. (Tip: ask them to drop you between the Rui Hotels or at the taxi rank because then you will know where to get a taxi back from!)
