*The pool is shallow and not suitable for diving. Children must always be supervised. Swim at your own risk.



*A removable pool fence is available upon request—please let us know before arrival. $100 to install fence prior to arrival.



*Garage is not available for guest use. Driveway accommodates up to 3 cars, with additional street parking available.



*Master bathroom bathtub caution: Children should never use the tub without adult supervision. Jumping in the tub is strictly prohibited due to safety and plumbing risks.
