Very nice three-room apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, convenient to the sea, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, port, pedestrian paths, cycle paths, sailing schools .. Sardinia is wonderful, the Costa Smeralda fantastic, the Maddalena Archipelago is its paradise. Bays, coves, coves, views and more than 300 beaches, White, Gold, Pink. Schöne Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ca. 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß ins Zentrum, oder mit dem Auto und 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Gut ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnbereich mit Waschmaschine. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Spiaggia di Cala Spalmatore.2 Minuten zum Conad-Supermarkt.
