Vast windows and doors bring the marine environment in and an expansive seaside patio is beautifully located just a step below the house to allow wide open views from inside. Ever-changing sights and sounds of surf, wildlife, sunsets, storms... all are enjoyed by all fortunate to enjoy this magnificent property.
The Space:
Inside this amazing Mediterranean style home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and an open floor plan to fully enjoy the ocean views. On the main level you have 1 bedroom that also doubles as an office. This bedroom has a queen size Murphy Bed. During the day use as your office and at night you can have a guest utilize it as a bedroom. Just off this bedroom you will find a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with sweeping ocean views. Wake up watching the surf or fall asleep to crashing waves. The master bathroom is a full spa retreat with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, all with ocean views as well as an oversized walk-in closet..
Just down the hall from the master bedroom is the 3rd guest bedroom, which is equipped with a queen size bed and adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The house was outstanding. It was a very comfortable home to relax and enjoy the property. We loved the decor, the water views and the sounds of the waves. Sitting on back deck with a cup of coffee listening to the waves was a great way to start each day!
House was lovely. It rained two days during our stay and we encountered several roof leaks. Garage was inconvenient and garage door opener didn’t work. Gave up and parked on the street.
My wife and I needed a place to spend some time with our adult children. Bird Rock was just that perfect place for us. Nice quiet neighborhood and fabulous views!
I loved loved the view! The property was dirty when we arrived but Jose from the property management company helped me right away. Great customer service! The house is a bit outdated but it really didn’t matter because the beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean was all I needed. The beach and shops are a short drive away. The one thing I would say is that the property management company should provide better bath products. A luxury home deserves luxury products. Invest in Loccitane. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again!
