Nestled on 1.5 private acres overlooking Norris Lake, The Haven is a dream vacation spot for families and friends looking for a waterfront retreat. With a private two-slip dock with jet ski lifts and a public boat launch just minutes away, getting your boat or jet skis on the water couldn’t be easier. And from the dock, it’s only a 5–10 minute ride to Norris Dam, where you’ll find stunning views and plenty of open water for tubing, skiing, and fishing.

A gentle path leads you straight to the dock, where you can swim, fish, or just relax by the water. When it’s time to refuel, you’ll love boating to nearby lakeside restaurants including:
* Shanghai Resort & Restaurant – casual dining with a great marina vibe
* Twin Cove Marina & Dockside Grill – a local favorite with live music nights
* Stardust Marina – famous for its summer concerts and fun atmosphere
* Sequoyah Marina & Dockside Grill – perfect for burgers, pizza, and sunset views
