Situated in a quiet passage where only neighbours pass by, you can enjoy the large terrace in peace and quiet. It is distributed in a dining-living room with air conditioning, large open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and basin, and a second bedroom for a small child.
